P.M. Holmes Realty was founded by Pamela M. Holmes in 2004. Ms Holmes obtained her real estate license in 1998. In her first year as a realtor, Ms. Holmes won, Rookie of the Year and Million Dollar Club status. Ms. Holmes listed three new home subdivisions in the Atlanta Metro Area in her first year as a broker and staffed the subdivision with new homes agents. P. M. Holmes Realty offers broad spectrum real estate services including New Homes, Resale, Investment, Land and Commercial. P. M. Holmes Realty is a division of P.M. Holmes & Associates Inc. a 9 year old marketing firm. Ms. Holmes uses her marketing expertise to effectively market and sale properties. Pamela Holmes' work history includes over 18 years of Marketing, Sales and Management experience. The first 10 years of Ms. Holmes' career was spent in the pharmaceutical industry with both Merck and Company, Inc. and Astra Merck, Inc. This period of her career was distinguished by winning Merck's highest honors, as a sales representative, The Vice President's Club Award. Ms. Holmes excelled becoming one of the youngest and most respected Region Training Managers in Merck and Company Inc. by writing the training matrix for the multi-billion dollar drug, ZOCOR. She then went on to become one of the most effective Region Marketing Managers in the US, traveling across the country to train her counterparts and achieving Astra Merck's Highest performance ranking throughout her tenure. After a long and rewarding career, in 1996 Pamela started P. M. Holmes and Associates, Inc., a creative services firm offering a wide range of marketing, consulting and PR services for over 30 national, local and political clients. Ms. Holmes has served proudly as a member of the DeKalb Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, 100 Black Women, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, New Birth Mentorship Program, Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk, South DeKalb Arts Center, South DeKalb YMCA and as a United Way Volunteer.
